This page explains what Coachi stores about you, why, and who can see it. We wrote it in plain words. If anything is unclear, ask us.
What we store
Your name, phone number or email, and language. If you are a client: what you write in the intake form (goal, body measurements, injuries and health notes you choose to share, food likes, your gym's equipment), your workouts, meals, weight, check-in answers, and any photos you add. If you are a coach: your public profile, your plans and templates, and your private notes about clients.
Why we store it
Only to run the coaching between you and your coach: building plans, logging workouts, and showing progress. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
Who can see it
A client's data is seen by the client and by their coach, plus any team member the coach assigns to them. Coach notes are private to the coach's team; the client never sees them. Progress photos are private and open only through short-lived links. The Coachi team can open an account only to help with a support request, and every such action is logged.
Health information
Injuries and health notes are sensitive. Share only what helps your coach plan safely. You can edit or remove them any time from your intake answers or by asking your coach.
Where it's kept
On our database provider's servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit. Times are kept in UTC and shown in your time zone.
Your rights
You can see, download, correct, or delete your data. Clients download their data from Me; coaches download their clients' data from Settings. To delete your account, ask us through the form on the home page. These rights follow Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020).
Cookies and analytics
We keep you logged in and remember settings like language and theme on your device. We count how features are used, without selling or sharing that data, to make the app better.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
